I don't think we've anything to fear from the sheep worriers. An optimistic 2-1 win with Legsofwood to score.

Cardiff are very in-form, just had a quick look through their recent results and they haven't lost in the league in 3 months. Outside the league only Arsenal have beaten them in that timespan. At the same time the only teams they have failed to beat have all been fellow promotion-seekers, Reading, Wolves, Birmingham, Burnley and Swansea. I don't think any other team in the Championship have lost as few games in the whole season.
Despite the Ipswich defeat we are not out of the running yet for the playoffs, but I fear that psychologically the team will believe we are. We need a bounceback with a run of wins but I think that will be beyond us. However a bounceback to the sort of defensive form and being hard to beat I do not think is beyond us. It may not be enough to take us to the playoffs, but here I predict a draw between 2 hard-to-beat teams. We hold Cardiff to 2-2, Routledge of course. |
